The auto body repair shop you decide to work with should offer a service guarantee. If the work they do is guaranteed, you'll have peace of mind in knowing that there won't be any shortcuts taken and that only qualified professionals will be working on your vehicle. If the repair work that you're paying for isn't done to your satisfaction, the repair shop should make changes as necessary to make sure that you get the results you were expecting in the first place.
Get your service guarantee in writing. And make sure you understand the stipulations of the guarantee. After all, you can't expect them to offer unlimited changes or excessive work hours as part of their guarantee.
